A Christian Metaphysical Church, chartered in 1977 with Universal Church of the Master (UCM) headquartered in California. Universal Church of the Master believes that each person must find and travel his or her own path to the Light, and that no single set of fixed rules is applicable to everyone on that journey.

YOGA

Yoga With Rev. David Panunzio will be on Mondays and Class begins at 6:30 PM and lasts for one hour.

David has been teaching Kripalu, a form of Hatha Yoga, since 1990. His practice consists of four basic steps: relaxation, meditation, breathing, and postures. David specializes in Creative Visualization. He is a member of the Suncoast Yoga Teachers Group and is a Yoga Alliance Teacher E-RYT 500. Please bring a floor mat or towel. The price for Yoga is $7.00 per class or $25.00 per month.
